PROCESSING & DELIVERY

 

All orders on stock on hand have a rough 1 working day processing time once payment has been received.  Please note your order might arrive sooner ot later than the given time line but this is not a guarantee. If your order has been delayed by our warehouse we will notify you accordingly. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays while in transit.

 

Unfortunately due to the reliability of the South African Postal service, we do not dispatch orders via post. All MC Clothing SA Parcels are hand delivered to your chosen shipping address by our chosen, reliable courier company or with Postnet at their rate of R99, depending on size and weight of ordered items. Should an order consist of items from more than one warehouse, a delivery fee will be charged per warehouse.

 

It is the responsibility of all our customers to please monitor their delivery once a tracking number has been provided. If any queries, please don't hesitate to contact us to assist resolving. MC Clothing SA or it's staff are in no way responsible for late / failed deliveries and credits wont be granted due to late or bad address deliveries.

 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

 

MC Clothing SA has fast become secure and trusted and with good reason too! When placing your order all your details are kept confidential and are not shared with or for third party marketing. MC Clothing SA online store do not store any personal details except for contact no and delivery details for ease of delivery on future purchases. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept any returns. If the item you have ordered does not fit, you are welcome to check sizes with us and return the shipment within 7 days in the condition you received it, and exchange it for the corrected size should we have stock available. (Not available on sale items)

 

Please note, MC Clothing SA hold the right to decline any exchange if item has been worn or signs of damage on return. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred whilst in transit.  All items are checked for any sign of defect / damage during processing before packing for delivery. All courier costs will be the responsibility of our customers and an additional R150 payable up front to cover the re-delivery of your order. If an order has been received and you do not contact MC Clothing SA within 5 days of any discrepancies, we will take this as you have received your item in good order and will decline any exchange requests thereafter.

 

Exchanges will be granted if customer has notified us via written email correspondence of any discrepancy within 5 days receiving your order.  Exchanges will be arranged once the additional payment of R150 payable up front has been received.

 

If an exchange is granted, this can take up to 14 working days to re-deliver your new item once we have received your order and deemed all in order and no damages were found.

 

Exchanges must be returned in it's original packaging.

If our customer's are not available when our courier attempts delivery, this will be billed again for re-delivery.  Delivery will be arranged once the additional payment of R150 has been received.  MC Clothing SA do not accept returns for cash refunds.

ORDERING WITH MC CLOTHING SA

 

There are easy ways of placing your order with MC Clothing SA.

 

You can order via email/sms/whatsapp/facebook, all we require is your full delivery address, contact number, email, pic / description and sizes if nescessary of the items you wish to purchase. We will be happy to assist you with your orders invoice which will have all details required for payment. 

 

You can pay either by EFT or cash deposit at FNB ATM (please note that if you make a cash payment from inside the bank please add R60 to your invoice value for bank charges) or your order wont be completed and processed until the full amount is paid. Orders are processed once your proof of payment and confirmation from our bank is received for full payment.

 

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

 

The pricing you see on our sites is for real, no catch! We just want to share our gorgeous MC Clothing SA Products at affordable prices so everyone can share the love! On top of this we are not VAT registered as yet, so the price listed is your final pricing - no hidden costs, only delivery fee must be added!

 

Please note all our awesome promotions hosted by MC Clothing SA, terms and conditions apply. MC Clothing SA reserves the right to amend or change these promotions at any given time without prior notice.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate cash on delivery, all orders require payment up front before we can begin processing your order. 

 

UPDATING INFORMATION

 

To ensure we deliver your MC Clothing SA Purchase as fast as possible without any unnecessary delays, please can you ensure your delivery details and contact number is kept updated with us. This can easily be updated by sending us an email / whatsapp with all your information to 0845344727 / 0846365835 or mcclothingsa.orders@gmail.com. For remote or oulaying areas we prefer to deliver to Postnet as courier charges is much higher, so please update your shipping address accordingly.
